The 2026 holiday season lights up on Friday, December 4th at 6:00 PM with the 31st Annual Calabash Community Christmas Tree Lighting & Parade.
Located in downtown Calabash at Callahan’s of Calabash, the parade strolls down Beach Drive to River Road and is full of colorful and entertaining groups. Enjoy community caroling, hot cocoa, a children’s letter station, and a visit from Santa Clause! The main tree lighting event begins immediately after the parade on the main stage.
Children can send their Christmas wishes straight to Santa at the “Official North Pole Mail” station, and each letter will be delivered to him as he prepares for Christmas!
We’re also gathering donations for local children and seniors, supporting schools and charities that make a difference here in our community.
